I've shipped wearables, marketplace platforms, privacy systems, AI transparency frameworks, accessibility programs, and a personal iOS app downloaded 40,000 times across 70 countries.

I thrive at the intersection of craft and strategy: leading high-performing design teams, driving alignment across complex orgs, and pushing for work that is both rigorously designed and genuinely useful. I'm equally comfortable running a design org and doing the work myself, and I think each makes the other better.

Lately, that means helping my design teams not just adapt to AI but lead with it. From integrating AI-driven workflows into our design process to shaping how Meta communicates its GenAI tools to billions of users, I'm focused on making sure design has a strong, informed voice in the AI conversation. And I'm building my own AI-powered apps on the side to make sure I never lose the thread of what it actually feels like to ship something.
